Another fire outbreak has engulfed Singa Market in Kano, barely two weeks after a devastating blaze left traders counting huge losses.
The latest incident gutted Gidan Gilas (Gidan Mai), a popular provisions shop, destroying goods worth millions of naira and throwing the market into panic.

Firefighters and residents battled the flames as traders struggled to salvage what they could. Governor Abba Yusuf has ordered the immediate deployment of emergency officials, urging residents and passersby to stay safe.
