After what looked like an end in sight for the late 13-year-old rape victim, Elizabeth Ochanya Ogbanje’s case suffered yet another set back as the judgement was again rescheduled for the 28th of April 2022.
Pressure groups as well as family and friends who stormed the court premises Wednesday hoping to finally get justice in the over 3 years old trial were disappointed on the contrary as no notice of the intended adjournment was served prior to the date.

A bit frustrated but certainly not deterred, the various pressure groups and family members say the delay will give them time to restrategise and mobilise more support.
