Kada Stars male and female teams have emerged as champions of the 2022 marbisel national under-21 hockey championship in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.

Kada Stars male team defeated team Oyo in the final by 3-0 while their female counterpart also humbled Team Rivers to lift the giant trophy and prize money of one point five million naira

Kada Stars’ male team successfully defended the crown they won last year, drawing just once and winning all of their remaining matches while their girls made up for a slip in the finals last year.
