As Christians in Kaduna State join the rest of the world to celebrate Christmas, messages of hope and resilience have taken center stage.

The Anglican Archbishop of Kaduna Diocese, Most Reverend Timothy Yahaya, has emphasized the importance of keeping hope alive, expressing confidence that proposed economic reforms, including tax regime refinement will stimulate growth and alleviate economic challenges.

In his heartfelt Christmas message, Most Reverend Yahaya reminded Nigerians that Christmas is a season of hope and renewal.

He urged citizens to remain steadfast in their faith and optimistic about the country’s future.

The Archbishop commended the government’s efforts to implement tax reforms, expressing belief that these measures could bridge economic gaps and pave the way for sustainable progress.

Similarly, the Catholic Archbishop of Kaduna, Most Reverend Matthew Ndagoso, joined the call for hope and faith. He urged the government to prioritise policies aimed at alleviating economic hardship and addressing widespread hunger.

Meanwhile, some Kaduna residents shared their reflections on the season. They expressed joy in the festivities and highlighted the need for collective sacrifice and unity during Christmas.

As the nation celebrates the birth of Christ, many Nigerians remain hopeful that the government will take decisive action to address pressing issues and steer the country toward lasting development.
