The Kaduna State Government says there is the increasing need for Nigerians to be more vigilant and cautious in their approach to daily life in the face of worsening insecurity across the country.

State Deputy Governor, Hadiza Balarabe gave the advice when she received some cash and materials meant for the upkeep of persons hospitalised in the aftermath of the recent deadly train attack along the Abuja-Kaduna rail line.

Balarabe noted that Kaduna State and indeed the entire country was passing through difficult times and therefore needed every support to end the spate of incessant killings of innocent people by bandits and terrorists.

Most of the survivors of Monday’s train attack along the Abuja-Kaduna corridor are still receiving treatment at the
military hospital in Kaduna, North West Nigeria.
