Following the Federal High Court order quashing the interim report of the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-corruption Commission that indicted the Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, its Chairman, Muhyi Magaji, says the Commission can still continue with its investigation by inviting the Emir since the order did not restrain its investigation.
Addressing journalists on Monday in Kano, Magaji said the impression created was that the court stopped the investigation.

Justice Obiorah Egwuatu on Friday granted the reliefs sought by Emir Sanusi in a fundamental rights suit against the Commission.
