Governor Abba Yusuf, who was moved with excitement seeing the kids in high spirits despite the challenges they face, said his administration will offer full scholarships to those in need of education to enable them further their studies.

To ensure that their welfare is adequately protected beyond his tenure in office, the governor announced the establishment of an agency for people with disability and special needs

It was indeed a night to remember as the special group dined with the governor, his deputy and other top government functionaries with the cheering policy statements from the governor that will better their lots as takeaway from the event.
