A new Commissioner of Police has been posted to the Kebbi Command. He is CP Bello M. Sani. He took over the mantle of leadership of the Command from AIG Chris Aimionowane, who has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police and posted to Force CID Abuja, as AIG Interpol.
The newly posted Commissioner of Police served in different State Commands, Zonal Commands, Formations and the Force Headquarters, Abuja.

CP Bello is appealing to the good people of Kebbi state to support, cooperate and assist the Police and other security agencies with vital, accurate and prompt information with a view to ensuring their security and safety for socio-economic activities to thrive in Kebbi State.
His posting takes immediate effect.
