Kebbi State Government has donated N100m to the Hisbah group to enhance its services in the state.
Governor Bagudu announced the donation in Birnin kebbi, on the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of Hisbah.

Bagudu said the group has been at the forefront of preventing crime and criminality in the state.
He acknowledged the immense contribution of the Hisbah to instilling moral values in the citizenry, as well as partaking in social welfare services in the society.
The Acting Grand Khadi of Kebbi State, Dr Muhammed Tukur, described the celebration as a moment of pride.
He maintained that the Hisbah group has made significant contributions to sanitizing the society
