Kebbi Polytechnic sign exchange agreement with Niger Republic Dosso Polytechnic

A bilateral agreement have been entered into between the mazayaki polytechnic, Doso, Niger Republic and the Kebbi State Polytechnic Dakingari.

Receiving the delegation from Niger Republic, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry for Higher Education, Kebhi state, Halima Dikko, said the bilateral agreement will help students of the two polytechnics achieve educational greatness.

Dikko said, it is duty bound on the Polytechnics to be creative, technological functional and reservoir of knowledge in many aspect for students of the two polytechnics to tap.

She commended kebbi state government for giving the Ministry of Higher Education and the Kebbi State Polytechnic an enabling environment to strive and to enter into such a beneficial relationship with the Doso Polytechnic.

Also speaking, the representative of the Minister of Niger Republic, Prof. Amadou Hassane said it’s very important for students of the mazayaki Polytechnic Doso to come polytechnic Dakingari to study some courses not offered in Polytechnic Doso and the same for the students of Polytechnic Dakingari to go to Doso.

The Rector, mazayaki Polytechnic. Doso, Prof. Adamou Amadou, expressed happiness with the agreement entered into. He said this started long time ago but now it has come to stay with the signing of the agreement between Rectors of the two Polytechnics.

Speaking earlier, the acting Rector Polytechnic Dakingari, Abdullahi Ahmed said the two Polytechnics signed mou on technical and Science education partnership in fields of vocational and agricultural endeavours, which includes fish farming and feeds, electrical installations and many more.
