The Kebbi State Police Command has successfully rescued two kidnapped victims and apprehended a suspect following operations in Kalgo and Dandi Local Government Areas.
According to a statement by the Kabbi State Police Command signed by spokesman Bashir Usman, armed bandits abducted Juli Muhammad from his home in Kokani Village, Kalgo LGA on the 29th of January 2026, restrained him with chains and ropes before taking him into the bush.
Acting on local intelligence, a security team rescued the victim unharmed and arrested one suspect, Umar Usman of Augie Fadama Area. The statement says investigations are ongoing to apprehend other gang members.
