The Commissioner of Police Kogi State command, Edward Egbuka has advised Police officers in the country to live a life of personal discipline, professionalism and integrity, as the public perception of the Police Force is a reflection of the conduct of individual officers.
Edward Egbuka said this at the decoration of some newly promoted Police Officers of the Kogi State Police command at the headquarters, Lokoja
It is the traditional decoration of newly promoted senior Police officers and the command’s Police Public Relations Officer, William Aya was one of the newly promoted officers to the rank of Superintendent of Police.

The Kogi State Commissioner of Police, CP Edward Egbuka wants those aiming to go high on the job to cultivate and maintain the culture of discipline
Assistant Inspector General of Police, Ayuba Edeh said the Inspector General of Police sees Kogi State as an important state critical to the security of Nigeria because of its location, hence the donation of logistics vehicles to the command last week.
Some of the newly promoted officers believe that the gesture will be a moral booster for them to bring their best in the discharge of their duties
