Kwara United players have been rewarded with N5m each, and a plot of land each for winning the 2025 President Federation Cup
Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq made the donation during a grand reception for players and officials of the team in Ilorin on Monday.
Recalled that the Harmony Boys defeated Abakaliki FC 4-3 on penalties in the final of the competition at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos last Saturday.
It was the first time Tunde Sanni’s side will be lifting the title.

The team arrived in Ilorin from Lagos on Monday morning, and paraded the trophy around key parts of the capital.
Kwara United by virtue of winning the competition will represent Nigeria in the CAF Confederation Cup next season.
