The webinar which is scheduled to take place on the 7th of April, 2021, will discuss the benefits of Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Program via the prestigious Kimpton Kawana Bay Project and how Nigerians can take advantage of the opportunity.

As the world fully embraces globalization and cross-continental trades, the need for a powerful passport that provides greater travel mobility has never been more apparent. And as Nigerian investors and high net worth individuals will attest, the limitations of the Nigerian passport as a standalone travel document simply does not match up with the ambition and requirements of this elite class.

Citizenship By Investment programmes (CBI) were specifically created to solve this travel problem, by providing a means for wealthy foreign individuals to acquire a stronger passport in exchange for investment in the host country’s real estate market. These programmes have become increasingly popular across Africa as HNWIs look to hedge against political and economic uncertainty, improve global travel access and give their wards and families a chance at a much-improved quality of life.

It is with this in mind that La Vida Golden Visas, a London-based investment migration firm who have advised over 40,000 potential investors from more than 100 countries worldwide will be hosting a webinar to discuss the Grenada citizenship-by-investment programme, explain how the application process works and introduce Nigerian investors to one of the best investment options currently available: the prestigious Kimpton Kawana Bay, which offers qualifying hotel suites and studios for investment on Grand Anse Beach, which ranks as one of the best beaches in the world.

Grenada is one of the safest and friendliest islands in the heart of the Caribbean. It is home to a plethora of lush, tropical forests, stunning waterfalls and gorgeous sandy beaches. In addition, Grenada is the only Caribbean country with an E-2 Investor visa treaty with the USA, allowing citizens who have significant funds, the chance to set up a business and eventually settle in the United States.

The webinar will take place on the 7th of April, 2021 at 2:30 pm. To sign up for this webinar, please click on the following link: http://bit.ly/LVWebinar or send an email to Kawana@goldenvisas.com to get in touch with the team.
