Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa state has insisted that the federal government should reconsider some of its policies to make life easy for its citizens

Speaking when he received the labour leaders in government house Yola, Governor Ahmadu Fintiri insisted that the federal government must reconsider its policies to make life easy for its citizens

On the state workers who will not benefit from the new minimum wage as a result of an existing act of the law, Fintiri explained that he is collaborating with the state house of assembly so as to undo the act to allow them equal benefits

The NLC Chairman in the state Comrade Emmanuel Fashe had earlier told the governor that their visit was to appreciate him for being workers and masses friendly

Meanwhile, civil servants in the state have continued to appreciate the gesture
