Labour Party says even tougher times await Nigerians

The Labour Party says the recent increases in the pump price of petrol by the federal government is the beginning hard times to come, and called on the people to be prepared.


In a statement released by national publicity secretary, Obiora Ifoh, Labour Party said Nigerians do not deserve the current pains they are going through.

“We are however, optimistic that Nigeria will overcome the Taskmaster of our time. We will soon witness the Promised Land,” he stated.


Ifoh said the Labour Party had warned that “the bourgeoisie government in place can only enrich the upper class and inflict penury on the proletariat”.
