Governor Sanwolu on Saturday visited the completed Red rail line station at Ikeja ahead of its commissioning by president Bola Tinubu in few days time.
The governor during the visit inspected various facilities on ground and later embarked on a test ride to and fro Iju terminus with his entourage.
The governor while speaking with journalists after the journey expressed confidence that the red light train will compliment other infrastructure put in place by the state government to ease the discomfort of Lagosians going to work each day due to the usual heavy traffic on the roads.
Governor Sanwuolu had earlier in the day, performed the ground breaking ceremony of the multi billion Naira Lagos Arena for the entertainment industry.
