The Lagos State government has announced the discharge of 87 COVID-19 patients. This was revealed via a tweet from the verified handle of the Lagos state ministry of health.
According to the source, discharge patients include 40 females and 47 males. They include 26 from the Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, 24 from Onikan, 12 from Eti-Osa, and 11 from Agidingbi.

Others are nine from Gbagada and five from Lagos University Teaching Hospital. The Lagos State Ministry of Health said all had successfully tested negative for COVID-19 bringing the total number of patients managed and discharged from Lagos State to 825.
