The weekly Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting is ongoing at the Presidential Villa.
The meeting is chaired by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Also in attendance is Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, acting Head of Service, Folashade Esan, and other cabinet ministers.
From all indications, several memos are likely to be presented judging by a large number of personnel from some Ministries, Departments, and Agencies, MDAs, of government.
