President Bola Tinubu has landed in Akure, the Ondo State capital, South-West Nigeria for series of engagements.
The Nigerian Airforce 01 jet conveying the President touched down at the Akure Airport at about 11:35 am.

He was received by the State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa and Ekiti Governor, Biodun Oyebanjo along with top government officials and prominent politicians.
While in the state, the President is expected to visit the palace of Olowo of Owo, Oba Gbadegesin Ogunoye and the bereaved family of the late Governor Rotimi Akereodolu.
The President is also expected to visit the National Leader of the Pan-Yoruba socio-cultural organisation, Afenifere, Pa Reuben Fasoranti, at his residence in Akure.
