Governor Ishaku assured them that they will not be left as political orphans, as he will hold them in trust.
With the demise of Nigeria’s former Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, her loyalists have sought new mentorship, under Governor Darius Ishaku, and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The delegation was led by a former Senator in the state, Dahiru Bako, and Abdulmumuni Vaki, a close political ally of the late minister.
Governor Ishaku welcomed them to the PDP family, stressing that he is committed to impacting the lives of Taraba citizens as he spends his last two years in office.

The solidarity visit is a political move that could shape election in the state come 2023.
