Rivers State House of Assembly, led by Martin Amaewhule, has issued a warrant of arrest on the Chairman of the State Independent Electoral Commission (RISIEC), Adolphus Enebeli.
The house took the decision on Enebeli for serially refusing deliberately to honour legitimate invitation by the State House of Assembly.
