Noni Madueke has scored a hat-trick as Chelsea FC got their 2024-2025 English Premier League running with a 6-2 thumping of Wolverhamton Wanderers at the Molineux Stadium.
Chelsea FC had surrendered their lead twice in the encounter leaving half-time score at two-all.
Madueke begun the onslaught four minutes into the second half to put Chelsea FC 3-2 up.
The 22-year-old English player of Nigeria descent doubled his effort nine minutes later to give Chelsea FC a 4-2 lead and completed his hat-trick three minutes after the hour mark putting the encounter beyond the reach of Wolves.
Jaoa felix added cherry on the puddy for the Blues marking his debut with the Stamford Bridge franchise with a goal.
Elsewhere at Anfield, Mohammed Sallah scored the winner as Liverpool FC defeated Brentford 2-nil while Newcastle forced Bournemouth to a 1-all draw at the Vitality Stadium.
