The 2 towers along Damaturu-Maidugiri 330kV Transmission Line in Borno State have again been vandalised by Boko Haram terrorists, after the Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN restored power supply to Maiduguri on March 24, two months after the first incident.

The incident which occurred Saturday cut power supply to Maiduguri and its environs. This time, the terrorists chain bombed two other towers; T152 and T153 along the same line route of the other incident.
A statement issued by TCN confirming the incident says efforts will be made to restore power supply in the area
