The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has again arraigned the immediate-past Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke, on fresh charges bordering on money laundering at the Federal High Court.

But Counsel for the defendants urged the judge, Justice Binta Nyako, who presided over the trial, to dismiss the EFCC’s request and grant the defendants bail.
