Armed gunmen, suspected to be herders have again killed 8 miners on the spot in Plateau State.
The incident happened at about 9:00 pm on Friday, 9th April, at the Cabitex Company Mining Site, behind the Government Science School Kuru, Jos South Local government area of Plateau State, north-central Nigeria.
Spokesperson for the Plateau State Police Command, ASP Gabriel Ubah, Confirmed the development and said that investigation is currently ongoing.

As of 10 am on Saturday morning when ait. live visited the scene of the attack, there was still tension and display of palpable anger around the affected community.
