Military imposter, 4 others arrested by NSCDC in Benue

The Benue state command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC has arrested a military impersonator and 4 others for suspected vandalism of critical national assets.


The state Commandant of the NSCDC Philip Okoh told newsmen during a parade of the suspects that they will soon be charged to court.

He said Pever Aondona, a 22-year-old man was arrested for attempting to stall the arrest of other suspects by impersonating a security official.


4 others were arrested for criminal conspiracy, vandalism, and willful destruction of national critical assets.
