The Nigerian Military has launched its joint military exercise code-named “enduring peace” in Benue State North central Nigeria with a threat to all criminals including kidnappers, armed robbers, herders or farmers or even cattle rustlers to rethink their activities or be hunted down and dealt with decisively.
Commander 4 special forces Doma, Nassarawa State Hilary Nzan issued the threat at the official flag off of the exercise in Tyodough, Makurdi local government area of the State.
Exercise enduring peace the 3rd was officially flagged off by the State Governor Hyacinth Alia here at the tyodough camp Agan council ward of Makurdi the State capital.

The exercise which is jointly conducted by the 401 special forces brigade and personnel from the paramilitary agencies drawn from various commands within the State seeks to equally promote interagency cooperation.
As the exercise official takes off, the commander has this stern warning for criminals insisting that peace is non negotiatiable in the State.
Exercise enduring peace is holding simultaneously by formations and units of the Nigerian Army in Benue,Kogi,Nassarawa States as well as the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.
