There was a minor fire incident at the Nigerian Army headquarters Abuja, A statement by spokesperson, Brigadier General Mohammed Yerima, says the Tuesday morning fire was caused by an electrical fault when wires from the renovated Army headquarters building touched resulting in a spark.
Combined teams from Nigerian Army, Navy, Airforce and Federal Fire Service have since put out the fire which caused minimal damage with routine activites back to the headquarters building.
