Thirty-two-year-old Nigerian singer-songwriter Azeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley; who has been silent and out of sight for some time since the death of his former Marlian Music signee Ilerioluwa Aloba known by the stage name “MohBad Imole” has denied involvement in the death of MohBad.
The management team of Naira Marley in a statement Tuesday September 26th 2023 took to his Instagram handle to say Naira Marley is not responsible for the death of his late protege Mohbad and as such he is making plans to return to the country to assist relevant agencies in the ongoing investigation over the death of his former signee.

Naira Marley who denied being a drug lord and his record label being a drug cartel; also refuted claims that he belongs to cult group.
He explained that his lawyers have been in touch with the police and relevant government agencies in carrying out their investigations.
