After the presidential broadcast on Sunday, #EndBadGovernance protesters promised to continue with demonstration, asking Nigerians to come out on Monday.
The protesters made their call at a briefing in Abuja, nation’s capital, saying President Bola Tinubu failed to address their demands.
Even though there was no protest in the Federal Capital Territory on Sunday, the protesters say they are not deterred by threats from the authorities.
According to them, President Tinubu failed to address their demands which include an end to hunger and inflation.
The protesters promised to reconvene at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium Abuja on Monday till their demands are meant by the government.
They called on the authorities to allow the citizens express their feelings about the current situation in the country and stop attacks on protesters and journalists covering the demonstration.
