N100 Bn Suit: NNPC’s failure to file counter affidavit stalls Ararume’s case against Buhari, adjourns to January 23

Hearing was stalled in the suit instituted against President Mohammadu Buhari at the Abuja federal high court due to the failure of the Nigeran National Petroleum Company to file a counter affidavit to the substantive suit.

The action was initiated by Senator Ifeanyi Ararume Challenging his removal as a non-executive chairman of the NNPC.
