SUPREME COURT
Abdulahi Sule

Nasarawa state Governor, Abdullahi Sule, wants all the newly inaugurated Permanent Secretaries and other heads of government agencies to align with the vision of the Nasarawa State Government and add value to governance.

The Governor gave the charge during a swearing-in ceremony held in Lafia, the state capital.

Those sworn in include nine Permanent Secretaries, the Chairman and members of the Nasarawa State Low Emission Development Strategy Steering Committee, members of the Nasarawa State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board, four members of the Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, as well as members of the Consultative Committee of the Nasarawa State Bureau of Statistics.

The Governor urged the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries to study and internalize the Nasarawa Economic Development Strategy document, NEDS, which outlines the vision of the present administration.

Speaking on behalf of the appointees, Barrister Adi Adoku Mohammed expressed gratitude to the Governor and pledged their commitment to integrity, transparency, and dedication in the discharge of their duties.

Governor Sule described their appointments as a call to service rather than an opportunity for personal enrichment, warning that his administration has zero tolerance for corruption and encourage them to contribute meaningfully to the development of the State.
