The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) says it will explore more ways of expanding current partnership with the Nasarawa state government in the area of oil and Gas development.
Group Managing Director of NNPCL, Engr. Mele Kyari disclosed this during the second day of the Nasarawa Investment summit focusing on energy, in Lafia.
Kyari said the national oil company is fully committed in working hand in hand with Nasarawa state to unlock the full potentials of the state’s natural resources for the benefit of the state and the country at large.

Represented by the Executive Vice President, Gas and Power Olalekan Oguleye, the NNPCL boss said the vision for economic prosperity and leverage on gas would be pursued.

Governor Abdullahi Sule commended president Bola Tinubu for the policies that are currently improving the revenue profile of states thus bringing about infrastructural changes.
Sule commended the President for taking hard decisions, nothing that, it is clear that Nasarawa state has become a home for not just mineral resources but also a home for agriculture and energy.
