The Federal High Court Abuja has ordered the parties to file and serve processes in the suit filed by the senator representing Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan, seeking an order to stop her probe by the Senate’s ethics committee.
When the matter was called on Monday before Justice Obiora Egwuatu, parties in the matter told the court that they have not been served.
