Members of the Nigerian house of representatives have cried out to the federal capital territory administration to as a matter of urgency commence renovation of the national assembly complex.
The lawmakers were forced to hasten their legislative duties at plenary on tuesday following the lack of functional air conditions in the chambers.
Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila at the resumed plenary of the house of representatives expressed worry over the heat exhaustion in the chambers particularly at a time when covid 19 is still raging.
