Nigeria’s Vice President and Chairman Of the National Economic Council Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has announced that the Virtual National Economic Council, NEC Meeting Scheduled For Thursday 25th Of June 2020has been Postponed.
A New Date for the 5th NEC Meeting for the Year 2020 will be communicated Soon.

This is Contained In a memo to All State Governors and Signed by the Secretary Of NEC Olusola Idowu In Abuja On Wednesday.
Idowu on behalf Of the NEC Chairman apologised to the all the State Governors for any inconveniences that the Postponement might have caused.
The postponement may not be unconnected to the National Executive Council, NEC meeting of the All Progressives Congress, APC also scheduled for Thursday.
Several members of NEC are also billed to attend the APC meeting
