The National Broadcasting Commission, NBC, has urged media organisations to shun fake and sensational headlines that undermine national security.

The Director-General NBC, Balarabe Ilelah, at a meeting with Chief Executive Officers of broadcast stations in Lagos, urged media houses to avoid the use of their respective platforms to promote hate speech.
