The Nigeria Defence Academy, NDA Kaduna has setup a board of enquiry to identify the circumstances that led to the security breach at the Institution.
A statement by Director Defence Information, Major General Benjamin Olufemi Sawyerr says that the panel is constituted based on the directive of the Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor.

The statement also clarifies that, no evidence to prove that personnel on duty at the Nigerian Defence Academy, were sleeping at the time of the attack
The Director Defence Information says search and rescue of the abducted officer is still on and Troops of the Armed Forces of Nigeria will continue with it’s operations to ensure all those involved in the dastardly act are brought to justice.
