The Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC, says the completion of existing and abandoned projects remains its Target.
The sole administrator of the body Effiong Akwa stated this when he visited a foremost female Niger Delta activist Ann kio-briggs in Port Harcourt.
The visit according to the sole administration is to seek support for the emancipation of the Niger Delta .
Akwa also stated that part of his policy is to interface with stateholders on how best to tackle the development challenges in the Niger Delta region.

Akwa who identified completion of all projects as his priority said the university hostels projects will be given the needed attention.
Ann kio-briggs who commended Akwa and his team for the initiative to seek inputs from stakeholders, said the people of the region have for years clamoured for better service delivery.
She however urged the people of the Niger Delta region to support the nddc sole administrator to implement the mandate of the organization
