Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio, says the forensic audit of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has been completed and a report submitted to the Ministry for onward presentation to President Muhammadu Buhari.
He said the Ministry is awaiting a date from the President to submit the forensic audit report.

Akapbio said implementation of the forensic audit report has started and the Ministry of Niger Delta will use the recommendations of the forensic auditors to reposition the NDDC.
Minister of Niger Delta Affairs Godswill Akpabio said the 3 per cent allocated to the host communities in the Petroleum Industry Act is not the problem, but the Judicious use of the funds.
