NDLEA Arrests Two Female Suspects With 69kg Cannabis Sativa In Kwara

As part of its preventive efforts in drug demand reduction, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Kwara State Command has arrested two female suspects, Bisola Thomas 29 year-old and Oloruntola Oluwatoyin 25 year old over sales and production of illegal and dangerous substances in both liquid and powdered forms hidden in sachets of Milo.

The Commander of NDLEA in the State, Muhammed Ibrahim disclosed this at the Command base in Ilorin the State capital while parading the suspects with 5.000 Kilograms and 69.900 kilograms of cannabis sativa.

Recently the social media was awash with video clips of some suspects who specialize in packaging hard substances in portable sachets of Milo and selling to unsuspecting members of the public, one of such is the arrest of the two female suspects by the Kwara State NDLEA with various hard drugs in Offa and Ilorin metropolis.

The Kwara State NDLEA Commander also advised parents and the general public to be wary of just consuming any drink at parties.

The Kwara State NDLEA has vowed to continue its fight against drug abuse across the nooks and crannies of the State for the good of all.
