The Kogi state command of the Nigeria Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has intercepted over one thousand kilograms of cannabis Sativa along the Okene-Abuja road.

The Commandant, Alfred Adewunmi who confirmed this at a news briefing in Lokoja, also said over five thousand kilograms of other drugs including cocaine, were also seized between January and June this year.
