Electricity consumers whose complaints are not adequately resolved by electricity providers within fifteen days now have another outlet to forward their grievances for immediate action and sanctions.
Commissioner of the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Aisha Mahmud, made this known at the flag off of a three-day town hall meeting between the commission and Customers of the Jos Electricity Distribution Company in Makurdi, Benue State North Central Nigeria.
