The new commandant of the Ondo State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Ibiloye Joshua has told his men to be prepared for the upcoming governorship election and play their part in ensuring polling is free, fair and peaceful.
Ibiloye said this in Akure when he officially assumed duty as the 20th substantive commandant of the Corps in Ondo State.
At the handing over parade, outgoing Commandant,Olatundun Olayinka commended the personnel of the Corps for the cooperation he enjoyed during his time in office.
The new helmsman stated his preparedness to consolidate on the achievements of his predecessor in maintaining a peaceful state. through regular engagement with critical stakeholders and collaboration with other security agencies.
