The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar has told Nigerians not to despair as there is hope in the horizon for the country.
In his new year message, the former vice president said 2023 will be a defining moment for the country and he is inspired to provide the leadership that will propel the Nation out of the current challenges.
