Newly Sworn-In Edo Governor promises to fix failed portions of Benin City roads soon

Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo says his administration will take advantage of the dry season to fix the failed portions of roads across Benin City and environs.

The Governor made the promise after an assessment visit to Ramat Park, Aduwawa and Upper Mission Extension Roads in Benin City.

Twenty four hours after his inauguration, Governor Monday Okpebholo has embarked on an assessment tour of some of the failed portions in different areas within Benin City.

Work is expected to commence immediately on the seven point five kilometre Temboga Road, Lucky Way Junction by Aduwawa.

Some residents commended the move, noting that it will ease movement of goods and services.
