Niger State Governor, Abubakar Bello, has signed a law establishing the Niger State Security Trust Fund.
The bill was sponsored by Bello Agwara, a member representing Agwara Constituency in the State House of Assembly.

The Trust Fund will be managed by 11 experts in different fields of endeavour.
The Trust Fund, according to the bill’s sponsor, will go a long way in addressing some of the critical security challenges facing the state.
