National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, members posted to Niger State have been told to make use of available entrepreneurship training to enhance their means of livelihood.
The State Coordinator of the scheme in Niger State, Funmilayo Ajayi, gave the advice during the closing ceremony of the 2021 Batch B, Stream One Orientation Course, at the Orientation Camp in Paiko.

Ajayi stressed that the inclusion of entrepreneurship skills in its programme is part of efforts aimed at repositioning the scheme to make Corps Members better prepared for the challenges ahead.
She further explained that skill acquisition and entrepreneurship, if optimally utilized will reduce the over-dependence on white-collar jobs.
1,325 corps members benefitted from different entrepreneurship and skills acquisition programmes throughout their stay at the Orientation Camp.
