Nigeria Air Force Graduates 35 New Pilots

The Nigerian Air Force has reaffirmed its commitment to national defence and aviation excellence as part of ongoing efforts to tackle the country’s security challenges.

Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar, gave the assurance during the graduation of 35 new pilots from the 401 Flying Training School in Kaduna.

This graduation ceremony at the 401 Flying Training School, Kaduna, marks a significant milestone for the Nigerian Air Force as it officially welcomes 35 newly trained pilots into its ranks.

Among them, 10 officers completed the Basic Transport Flying Course 5, while 25 others graduated from the Ab-initio Student Pilots’ Course 49.

The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar, described the event as a notable achievement, not only for the graduates, but also for the Air Force and the nation at large.

He urged the new aviators to consider their flying qualifications a call to national duty.

In a related development, the Nigerian Air Force also graduated 90 newly trained medical specialists from the NAF School of Medical Sciences and Aviation Medicine, also located in Kaduna.

Air Marshal Abubakar further commissioned several welfare projects at the NAF Base, aimed at enhancing personnel morale and operational effectiveness
